By purchasing our products, you agree to our terms. Please read them carefully.
  1. You are aware of our varying lead times.
  2. Our products are intended for off-road use only.
  3. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any orders.
  4. Our products are designed & made for USDM base chassis only. Application for any other chassis is up to user's discretion.
  5. We do not guarantee subcontracted work (powdercoating or zinc plating).
  6. Images on our website may be generic due to the amount of variations that we offer for each product/chassis. Not all options are available for every chassis.
  7. By using the hashtags #nicetimeracing #nicetime_racing, we may be able to use your media for advertising purposes.
  8. All welding work is final. There are no returns or exchanges

Return Policies

  • We do not accept returns/exchanges for any product listed on our webstore. Period. There are no exceptions.

Shipping Policy

  • Not all items are in stock. Some items such as custom manifolds and other parts that require a weld have production times. Those times may vary depending on the item and shop work load. 
  • All items that are in stock ship within 5 to 7 business days. Items are not shipped on weekends or holidays. All orders are shipped in the order that they are received in the que as long as items are in stock.
